Brands differ a lot in how much myo-inositol you get per serving, so the box price alone is misleading. One MyPicos sachet has 2 g of myo-inositol and costs ₱26.50 per sachet at Watsons; a 150 g tub of Pure Form costs ₱999 per tub. This calculator puts them on the same scale.
Inositol is a food supplement with no approved therapeutic claims in the Philippines. For PCOS (now called PMOS), the 2023 Guideline rates its benefits as limited, and experimental for fertility.

How it works
The calculator does one simple sum for each product. It multiplies the servings per pack by the milligrams of myo-inositol per serving to get the total grams of myo-inositol in the pack. It then divides the pack price by those grams. That gives the cost per gram, which is the fairest way to compare a powder tub, single sachets and chewable tablets.
It then shows the cost per day at the daily amounts that studies of myo-inositol often used, and roughly what 30 days would cost at those amounts. These figures are there so you can compare prices on equal terms. They are not a recommendation of how much you should take; that is a conversation for you and your doctor. Why compare per gram instead of per pack?
Packs differ in size and in how much myo-inositol each serving has. Cost per gram of myo-inositol puts powders, sachets and tablets on the same scale.
Is the cheapest inositol the best?
Not necessarily. Buy from an official store or pharmacy and check the product on the FDA verification portal. A very cheap listing from an unknown seller can be fake or old stock.
Magkano ang inositol kada araw?
It depends on the brand and the amount. Use the calculator with your label. The daily amounts shown are what studies used, for comparing prices only, not advice.
Does inositol work for PCOS?
The 2023 International Guideline says it could be considered based on preference, with limited clinical benefits, and that it is experimental for fertility. It is a food supplement with no approved therapeutic claims.
Is PMOS the same as PCOS?
Yes. PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) is the new name for PCOS, announced in The Lancet on 12 May 2026. It is the same condition with the same diagnosis and the same treatments. Both names will be used until the 2028 International Guideline update.
