How we make money
Our guides and tools are free. Here is exactly how the site pays for itself, and the lines we will not cross.
Editorially reviewed on October 29, 2026. [TODO: medical reviewer] How we review
Where the money comes from
- Lab and consult bookings. When you book a PCOS lab package (for example through Hati Health) or a consult (for example at Kindred or through NowServing) from our pages, the partner may pay us a referral fee. It does not change your price.
- Inositol links. Inositol is a food supplement, not a prescription medicine. Links to official store listings may earn a small commission. We still say what the evidence shows: the 2023 Guideline rates its benefits as limited, and Philippine labels carry “No approved therapeutic claims”.
- Fertility clinic referrals. When you book a fertility consult with a partner clinic from our fertility pages, the clinic may pay us a referral fee.
- Later, our own telehealth. We plan to offer guideline-based PCOS teleconsults with licensed Philippine doctors and a licensed pharmacy. When that launches, a single setting will switch the “Talk to a doctor” buttons from partners to our own service, and this page will say so.
What we never do
- We never sell prescription medicines, and there are no “buy” buttons or affiliate links for metformin, pills, spironolactone, letrozole, clomiphene or GLP-1s. Prescription needs go to a doctor.
- We never link to compounded or unregistered GLP-1 sellers or research-peptide sites.
- We never put ads inside our tools, and our tools have no paywall or account.
- We never sell or share your health data. Tool data stays on your phone. See privacy by design.
- Partners never see or approve our medical content, and payment never changes a price, a ranking or a recommendation. See our editorial policy.
How partner links work
Every partner link on the site goes through an address that starts with /go/, for example /go/hati-pcos-labs. That lets us count clicks without knowing anything about you or your health, and lets us swap a partner in one place if a link breaks. If we drop a partner, the link is changed everywhere at once.
