Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription. Always talk to a licensed doctor about your own health.

Free tools and your data

Our tools are free, need no account, and store your entries on your own device. You are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep. We cannot recover data from your device.

Our content

  • You may print and share our printables for personal, clinic or classroom use, as long as you do not sell them or remove our name.
  • You may embed our tools with the code we provide, keeping the visible “Free tool by PCOS Philippines” link. See the embed box on each tool page.
  • You may quote short parts of our articles and statistics with a link to the page.
  • Please do not copy whole pages, or present our content as your own.

We link to labs, clinics, stores and sources we think are useful. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services, prices or content. See how we make money.
